CAM Offers all the Components Necessary for the Successful Installation
of Your Signs, Numbers and Letters.

STUD MOUNT
|
|
Studs are all-thread rods that are screwed into threaded
holes on the backside of small sign panels and cut letters & numbers.
The ends of the studs protruding from the back are inserted into pre-drilled
holes on the mounting surface, such the monument wall shown above.
The studs are held in the holes by glue or caulk. #10 or ¼-20
studs are used for mounting.

BRACKETS
|
|
White powder-coated aluminum brackets permit post mounting
of our medium sized, single-sided sign panels with no visible hardware
showing from the front. Multiple brackets can be used on larger signs
with 2” x 4” recycled plastic stringers used in between
brackets and posts. Standard brackets are for mounting to 4”
x 4” posts. Brackets are also available to fit 2” x 2”
and 6” x 6” posts. Brackets are attached to sign panels
at the factory.

FRAMING
|
|
Framing is attractive and provides necessary support
on large and double-sided, square or rectangular sign panels. A 3-sided
frame can be done on large signs with a top curved edge, as shown
above. The outside sign panel edges are captured in a dado channel
cut into the face of recycled plastic lumber and attached in the corners
to form the frame. The framed sign panel can then be mounted to posts.
Frames are attached to sign panels at the factory.
